Pancit Palabok

Pancit Palabok
Think of this as Filipino spaghetti. Except these noodles are rice, the sauce seafood and plenty of other unique ingredients which make this an exceptional dish. Serves 4 to 6.


  • 1 package Palabok Sauce Mix
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 package Lug Lug Noodles
  • Hard boiled egg sliced
  • 2 stalks of green onions, sliced
  • 1 pound shrimp or frozen seafood mix
  • Ground pork rinds (chicharron) for topping

Cooking Directions

  1. In a saucepan, cook the noodles as directed. Set aside.
  2. In a skillet or wok, heat oil and cook garlic and onions. Add seafood and cook thoroughly. Add sauce mix and water (as directed on sauce package) let skillet come to a boil and add noodles. Let simmer until ready.
  3. Separate onto individual plates for serving and add scallions, chicharron and slices of egg. For a kick, squeeze lemon on top. Enjoy.
