This is a popular dish in the Philippines and United States. Also an easy and delicious dish for merienda.


  • 14 oz. sweet shredded coconut
  • 1 cup butter
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • One 14 oz. can condensed milk

Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat oven 400 degrees F.
  2. In a big bowl, cream the butter by mashing it with a fork. Pour in the sugar and mix well. Include eggs and condensed milk. Beat until blended. Now add the coconut, mixing evenly.
  3. In a mold or paper cups place 1 teaspoon of mixture into each cup. Bake until golden brown. About 30 minutes. Serve and Enjoy!
