Add in the sugar and let simmer for 10 minutes or until cooked
Ingredients:
- 1 pound pork, cubed
- 4 chili peppers, minced
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 2 cups bagoong almang
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 large onion, minced
- 1 head of garlic, minced

When pork is lightly crispy, put it on the side and saute garlic, onion and chili peppers then mix.

Pour in the vinegar and stir well.

In a casserole, boil pork in lower fire with water until it evaporates and pork oil starts to come out.

Add in the bagoong and cook while stirring for 5 minutes.
