In a large pot, combine oil, chicken, garlic, onion and tomato in your water and bring to a simmer. Let cook until water is boiling and the chicken is tender. Then add your chicken bouillon cube. Let cook. Add your malunggay and papaya. Let cook. Finally add patis. Let cook. Serve hot in bowls.
