Pork Tocino

Ingredients:

  1. 2 lbs pork pigue (ham shoulder)
  2. 2 tablespoons ansie wine
  3. 2 tablespoons annatto water
  4. 2 tablespoons salt
  5. cooking oil
  6. 4 tablespoons sugar
  7. 1/8 teaspoon tocino spice

 

Cooking Directions:

In a container, combine all ingredients, except for the pork. Sprinkle tocino spice onto the pork distributing it evenly. Put pork into container to cure for three days.

In a skillet or wok, add a little water and pork. Fry until it’s cooked.
