In a skillet or wok, sear the pork chops with sugar until the sugar has caramelized with the pork. Add black beans, garlic and mix well. Add the rest of the ingredients; feel free to add more water if necessary to cook pork through. Add banana blossoms halfway through cooking. Arrange on a platter and serve hot.

- 1 kilo ham, cut into pieces

- 1 sprig oregano

- ½ cup of banana blossoms (optional)
