In a skillet or wok, heat oil, fry pork chops and sprinkle them with salt and pepper. Cook until browned on both sides, about 2 to 3 minutes. Set aside.
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 3 boneless pork chops, sliced into thirds
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 2 carrots, julienne
- 1 ½ cups snowpeas
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon flour
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Add carrots and snow peas to pan. Cook, stirring for one minute.

Combine broth, flour and lemon juice. Add carrots, cook and stir for one minute. Return pork to the pan. Heat through and serve warm with rice.
