In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, five spice powder, garlic, rice wine and salt. Mix and marinate pork pieces for at least an hour.

- 1 ½ lbs pork
- 1 teaspoon five spice powder
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons rice wine
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 to 2 cups water
- Fish or chili sauce

In a large pot, boil the pork in the marinate. Add brown sugar and stir. Simmer for 40 minutes, flipping the meat halfway through. Turn off heat and remove the pork. Set aside to cool, then slice.
