  It comes with 2 typical contents: noodles, powder (for flavor). In addition, this comes with a “flavor-oil” pack. I think the “flavor oil” is oil and soy sauce. The “flavor-oil” contains MSG (mono-sodium-glutamate). The “condiments” packet contains dehydrated vegetables and textured soy protein. The fiber = 3g / 12%. There are “no preservatives” according to them.
  
  
  [COOKING INSTRUCTIONS]
  You have to DRAIN the noodles after cooking. Then, you put the “flavor oil” pack in a bowl. Then, you add the noodles and condiments.
  
  
  [LIKES]
  The picture on my packet shows FLAT NOODLES. The noodles are a little bit fatter than your regular noodles. I actually really like the flavor of these noodles. The sauce is also good.
  
  
  [DISLIKES]
  Unfortunately, even though the packet states “1 serving”. That is false!!! There is really only a SMALL QUANTITY OF NOODLES in here. At the most, there is only a HALF SERVING. Even a toddler wouldn’t feel full, with the tiny amount of noodles in this packet. For the size, I would not recommend on buying.
