In a saucepan, cook the noodles as directed. Set aside.
Ingredients:
- 1 package Palabok Sauce Mix
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 package Lug Lug Noodles
- Hard boiled egg sliced
- 2 stalks of green onions, sliced
- 1 pound shrimp or frozen seafood mix
- Ground pork rinds (chicharron) for topping

In a skillet or wok, heat oil and cook garlic and onions. Add seafood and cook thoroughly. Add sauce mix and water (as directed on sauce package) let skillet come to a boil and add noodles. Let simmer until ready.

Separate onto individual plates for serving and add scallions, chicharron and slices of egg. For a kick, squeeze lemon on top. Enjoy.
