In a small bowl, combine sugar, coconut flakes and sesame seeds. Set aside.
Ingredients:
- ½ Coconut Flakes
- ¼ cup sesame seeds
- ¾ cup water
- 1 ½ cups of white sugar
- 1 cup of sweet rice flour

In a medium bowl, combine the flour and water to form dough. Roll the dough into little balls.

In a medium saucepan of boiling water, drop the balls in. When they’re done cooking they’ll rise to the top. Place on a paper towel to cool.

Roll the cooked balls into the sugar-coconut-sesame mix. Eat!
