In a large pot, combine coconut milk, water, sugar, cornmeal, rice flour, salt, pepper and corn kernels over low-medium heat. Let simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent burning.
Ingredients:
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup yellow cornmeal
- 2 tbsp glutinous rice flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- dash of freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup corn kernels
- 1/2 cup sour cream
