Preheat oven 400 degrees F.
Ingredients:
- 14 oz. sweet shredded coconut
- 1 cup butter
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- One 14 oz. can condensed milk

In a big bowl, cream the butter by mashing it with a fork. Pour in the sugar and mix well. Include eggs and condensed milk. Beat until blended. Now add the coconut, mixing evenly.

In a mold or paper cups place 1 teaspoon of mixture into each cup. Bake until golden brown. About 30 minutes. Serve and Enjoy!
