In a large skillet or wok, sauté garlic in cooking oil. Add cooked rice and seasoning, blend together and push rice to the side.
Ingredients:
- 6 cups cooked white rice (for best results, use cold, leftover rice)
- 3 tablespoon crushed garlic
- 3 tablespoon cooking oil
- Kim's Fried Rice seasoning mix
- 1 egg beaten
- 3/4 cup diced Chinese sausage (cooked pieces of pork, chicken or shrimp may also be used)
- 1/2 cup minced carrots

Scramble your egg in the middle of your wok and add the rest of your ingredients. Stir-fry and cook for another 3 minutes. Serve hot
