Cut chicken into serving pieces. Rinse, drain and pat dry.

- 1 1 pound chicken
- 2 cups of cooking oil
- 1 pouch Mama Sita's Breading Mix

Then on a big plate, dump your breading mix and roll your chicken through it. Keep rolling until your chicken is thoroughly coated.

In a large skillet, over high heat fry your chicken 4 to 5 pieces at a time. While the chicken is cooking the juices with run clear and each pieces with turn a golden brown. About 10-15 minutes.

Place chicken on paper towel to soak up extra grease. Once cool enough to eat, serve with sweet and sour sauce or banana ketchup or both.
