How long will food products last if I order by the case?

Our products have a shelf life which range from 6 months to 3 years.

Can you deliver something on a Saturday?

Fedex delivers Tuesday through Saturday, and we do not at this time offer specific Saturday, Sunday or Holiday delivery. Please see our Shipping Policies page for more information.

Is all your food approved by the FDA to be safe for human consumption

Absolutely. We do not and can not sell food that is not first inspected and deemed safe for human consumption by the FDA.

Why is there a surcharge of $4.99 for frozen foods?

This extra cost of $8.99 on frozen foods is to cover the price of the special/extra packaging (dry ice, waterproof packaging) required to ship these frozen goods. Having the proper packaging ensures that you receive the freshest food possible. The best part is that the small shipping surcharge covers all frozen food items in an order, so you can stock-up on your favorite frozen goods and know that you’re receiving the quality and freshness that you’ve come to expect from Phil Am Foods!
