In a large saucepan or wok, heat oil and sauté garlic and onions until brown. Then add the chicken, soy sauce, lemon juice and pepper. Cook until chicken is half done, about 5 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 red pepper, cut in strips
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 potatoes, cut in cubes
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 small can Vienna sausage, cut in half
- 4 cloves crushed garlic
- 1 whole chicken, cut up into pieces
- 1 tablespoon MSG
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt to taste

After the chicken begins to brown, add your water and let boil. Then add the potatoes, sausage, butter and bell pepper. Cover until cooked through.

Finally add the MSG and milk then cook until sauce thickens, this will take a few minutes. Serve hot.
